What's y'all's dream Pokemon ROM hack

Theoretically there was a game that was made just for you. What would it look like and what unexpected features would it have?

How hard would it be?
What would be it's primary focus?
Would it be many little changes to an existing hack or would it be something never before seen?

Besides this being a fun thing to do I really would love something I could add into my ROM hack :)

For me it's simple as original character have their own Sprite. New region. new story. Hm item instead of hm soave. Yeah just that with difficulty normal of pokemon unbound. I just feeling bored of same hack that only improved the difficulty of original pokemon game because by the end the be forced to see same story over and over again not to mention speed up have bad impact on people ability on concentrate during game that way people's always ask wher i can find this item and that item although technically they only need to talk around with npc or where to go although again npc already said it in game but people not paying attention because of speed up which it will hinder developers time to make game and forced to answer questions

My dream hack? I think I'd like a pokemon game that gave the player more time with the gym leaders and elite fours members of the region. You know little adventures, maybe teaming up to fight the bad guys or searching for an item or a pokemon. I just think some gym leaders and the elite four are very forgettable. No real change needed in difficulty from the regular games and it could stick to the formula of become the pokemon champion, i just think some more time with gym leaders and elite four members would be cool.

A demake-remake hybrid of HGSS & GSC in Gen 3 for Better National Dex Completion and Without the 'Special/Physical Split & Gen 9+' Nonsense that Crystal Advanced Is and something like sierrifinity & deokishisu CrystalDust's way of seeing things while improving Johto Representation in Gyms and adding custom postgame instead of just the usual Kanto revisit and custom-ish sprites like for FRLG & RSE w the Kanto Pokemon although listing everything will probably take the next century to type so I'll end it here. ☀️☁️💧

pokemon emerald rogue supersized, it already does alot right, imho it just needs a bit more elements that entice players to play after winning a couple of times. like more unlockables, or a quest system. something that further enhances the gameplay loop. do note this is just a dream, not a critique!

or a pokemon stadium hack where its a roguelike, players get to choose here pokemon after each victory.

Not a hack, but a fan game: I'm kinda making a game like that. Not quite your concept, but pretty similar. No Mega evolutions, z-ring, etc and only 300 Pokemon between the first 4 gens. I already posted it in the fan game sub, but waiting for moderator approval as I just posted it last night. Been working on the game for the last few weeks and making some decent progress.
