When do you put up your Christmas tree?

My mum just got decorations for our tree, we're probably going to put it up during 1st December, we tend to do that every year since it's the Christmas month. n_n

We put our Christmas tree up on November 16th, but we don't put ornaments on them until about a week after. XD; The lights won't come on right the first few days. o__o If one light comes on, another one goes off. So we always start off early while we have time to get the lights correct.

My family usually puts the tree up around the second week of December. Its only because we have a woodstove and if we put the tree up any eariler it would dry out.

I have a small Christmas tree in my room that I keep up all year round and continue to add ornaments to, but my mum and I put up the =real= Christmas tree right after Thanksgiving. I don't think we're doing it this year, though ;3;

Usually, at my dad's, the tiny faux tree is set up when I arrive there either on a Thursday or a Friday to spend the weekend with him. With my mom, due to...circumstances, I have no clue whether we'll be setting up a Christmas tree or so soon.

One thing's for sure: The Christmas trees ALWAYS get set up after my birthday, if I recall correctly.
