Where did my thread go?

    In the RPG forum, last night, I went to make a new thread for an RPG idea a friend and I have been planning out. I worked on typing up the plot and why certain events were going on.

    Then I went to make the sign up sheet and stuff like that. I had everything labeled, some things were color coded and stuff.

    After like a half hour or so, I finished, I pressed the button to preview the thread, it looked exactly the way I wanted it to look. Then I pressed the other button to submit it, then it brought me to that little box page that usually says "You will be directed in a moment..." or something like that.

    Instead, in the box it said, and as I will paste below:

    Thank you for posting! You will now be taken to your post. If the administrator has selected to moderate all posts in this forum, you will be taken back to the forum and your post will be displayed presently. If you opted to post a poll, you will now be allowed to do so.

    I didn't exacly understand what this meant...

    The page didn't, do anything, it just stuck at that. So I clicked the button below which said "Proceed". Then I was at the Pokemon RPG forum.

    Since last night, to now, I don't see my thread there. Does the Admin have to... put up my thread? Like is my RPG thread on a waiting list?

    Yes, that's meant by that.
    Your thread has to be validated by a Mod of that forum or a higher Staff member before it will show up.
    Until that, it will be stored in the moderation queue.

    Yes, I believe the RPG forums were set so that the moderator(s) have to approve your thread in order for it to be displayed. This was done because there were too many threads that did not follow the rules in there (little to no plot, etc.) so this just makes it easier to manage and oversee the games in there. ^_^;

    edit: Boo, too late. XD;

    Why couldn't the forum tell me that instead xDD

    Thanks!

    There's a thread in Other Roleplay for the whole thing here and that should give you more in-depth information about the situation than I can. ^_^;
