Where did the tools go?

    I quit playing pokemon for years and haven't been on these forums. Now I'm beginning to remember how much fun pokemon is. So I came back here and want to make a hack just for fun but the tools section seem to have no posts. What happened? Could anybody give me a link to get the tools from?
     
    Questions like this would belong in the Community Questions & Feedback forum, at the top of the main index.
    This question has been answered there already, so how about you look around a bit, before creating a new thread?
