Where to buy D/P?

Where should I buy D/P? I know Lik-Sang, YesAsia, and PlayAsia have it, but which gets it to you faster? Also, if there are any that are better, please tell me!

(Hopefully this is the right section to post this in. I didn't see anything else that would be closer.)
