Who ever is good in Pokemon, help is wanted!

Ok, its like this, I bought the Holon Phantoms Starter Deck, The Latios one, and Im new to this Tradeing card game(cause i usually play yugioh), anyway, can anyone list me the amount of Pokemon, Trainer Cards, and Energy Cards go in a deck. This is confusing me. Thanxs. Help will be appreciated.

You just brought a deck so you need to modify your deck a lot by buying boosters. Beginner deck is realy bad.
