a) This would technically go in Member Fan Clubs.
b) Where it would be locked. You're not allowed to ask for a fan club.
c) Or make your own.
d) If you want to make someone a fan club, PM them if they haven't got one, ask them if they want one. If it's a pairing club, ask them both. Assuming all concerned say yes, get them to post in the sticky thread in Member Fan Clubs. Then, when all concerned have done so, and only then, may you post someone a fan club. ^^
