4th Gen Why can't I buy either or elixir?

I'm going to face the E4, but I know I'm gonna need some eithers and elixirs. But for some reason, I can't find those items anywhere! What am I supposed to do when my pokemon run out of moves during the E4?:(

you could use a pokemon that knows pick up and walk around.
he'll eventually pick up an either or elixer or something.

The reason why you can't buy them is because it would make to game a bit easier, i prefer how it is not being able to buy them

Use the berries instead. They're easier to grow for Ether/Elixir replacements. Leppa Berries are the ones you want.

Throughout your adventure in sinnoh you must have found some , use those :)

1. Use PP Ups
2. Just use Pickup (Pachirisu has it)
3. Use Leppa Berrys.

Heh, raise a pachi to level 100 and you can get Rare Candy a lot....

yes. and pp ups can't be bought in stores either. i wonder why?
