4th Gen why is this happening

ok i was emptying my boxes and i released my golem and it came back. does any1 know why?
when i release him it says "golem came back" instead of "golem was released" and after that it says "was it worried about you?"

i thought that i released too many pokes so i tried a different poke and it worked fine and i went back to the same golem and it happened again i cant get rid of it.

if this doesnt belong here can a mod move this thanx

No this is not a lie the Exact same thing me with my Azumarill i had a girl and a boy Auzzuramill and i wannter the baby one and you know how u need a marill to do i realeased one and it would not go i can tell you want happens it pic starts to fade and then it just comes back

exactly i just put the golem in my party and tried to release it again and it came back and on the happiness meter app. there were no hearts so it doesnt like me

As far as I know, it means the Pokemon likes you a lot.

SUrely Nintendo would put something like that in the game? And it can't be a glitch, because if it says, "Golem came back", its not a glitch, right? So it's probably a very ridiculous thing they added into the game.

This has happened to me before too, and, you must have used some cheat code, cause thats the only time it happened to me.

Otherwise, I wouldn't know. Just goes to show that you shouldn't cheat! xD

Yes, I believe that's correct.

And no.. Nothing to do with cheats, just something programmed. The text that comes up gives that away ;P

I think that's a great advancement Nintendo made in the games if they did programme it in. I think it just goes to show that each Pokemon is unique, and if they like you a whole lot, they would want to stay with you, a sign of loyalty and trust. I'd be quite honored if one of my Pokemon came back to me after I released it. =D

I'll say it certainly was an interesting surprise when it first happened to me.
I couldn't bring myself to try and release it again after that happened ^-^

Oh I had the same problem one time with my ponyta. So when it kept comeing back for some odd reason I just kept it. lol I think its a glitch or the happiness/friendship.

Embrace and Halcyon are right. People, think a little, a glitch can't display unprogrammed text. You can't release it because it's the only Pokémon you have with a ceratin HM. Make it forget it or teach it to another Pokémon and it'll be fine.

Was it the first Pokemon you actually caught?
How many levels did you train it?
Have you used multiple TMs? Battle Team Galactic with it?
etc. Because the Bibarel which was a part of my team in-game was doing the same thing.
