Why not make battle link codes for different tiers in switch games?

I have been playing competitive for years and I have cme to a point that when I go into casual battles, they become pretty easy most of the time, since there are a lot of kids that come with only leendary Pokemon with no EV training at all and no stretegie. I want to know if you know any link code to play with better rules. I know smogon had one but there are some rules in smogon that I don't like.
So, this is my idea:
These are a series of codes that will represent different tiers, the first 4 letters will be the identifier of the battle "stadium" and the other 4 the tier you want to battle into.
example:
2024 - 0001 -> anything goes (literaly anything goes)
2024 - 0002 -> Monotypes
2024 - 0003 -> Ubers
2024 - 0004 -> OU
2024 - 0005 -> UU
2024 - 0006 -> UU
2024 - 0007 -> RU
2024 - 0008 -> NU
2024 - 0009 -> PU
2024 - 0010 -> ZU
2024 - 0011 -> Baby Pokemon
2024 - 0012 -> 1 gen only (with only moves and items from that gen, no items in this case)
2024 - 0013 -> 2 gen only (with only moves and items from that gen, counting all pokemon from previous gens)
2024 - 0014 -> 3 gen only (with only moves and items from that gen, counting all pokemon from previous gens)
2024 - 0015 -> 4 gen only (with only moves and items from that gen, counting all pokemon from previous gens)
2024 - 0016 -> 5 gen only (with only moves and items from that gen, counting all pokemon from previous gens)
2024 - 0017 -> 6 gen only (with only moves and items from that gen, counting all pokemon from previous gens)
2024 - 0018 -> 7 gen only (with only moves and items from that gen, counting all pokemon from previous gens)
2024 - 0019 -> 8 gen only (with only moves and items from that gen, counting all pokemon from previous gens)
2024 - 00xx -> any other tier you want to add

I don't know. It's just an idea. The point of this is to make the entire cominutty to come together and be able to play with the game animations the tier you are looking for, and not get sweeped by a bunch of random legendaries or you hypersweep another team. Like this we will create an ermetic competitive enviroment with rules and structure, but enough freedom to do what you want.
Even you can add these code to older games, where you can add specific rules, like not gigamax allowed, or no mega evolution, etc.... Like this we can also play older games and we keep them alive. Like that you have a sort of battle frontier with real people.

I hope someone reads this idea and wants to implemen it in their discord server or something. It would be really interesnting.

Almost doable, imo. I saw that you can host competitions in ScaVio, but the main problem is that you can't choose your own rules (so specifically, at least) and there doesn't seem to be a code to allow only certain players to enter. This means that even though you had a small group of people to play and set the rules, some other players not belonging to the group would join without actually having to follow said rules. On the other hand, it becomes really complicated to generate codes for each battle, but it would solve the issue. It would require a person who is a judge, checking that the teams are legit and follow each battle to see if everything goes alright. I think that Showdown is probably still your best ally.
