3rd Gen Why only 6 ev of eevee?

    Just curious as to what you guys think the reason why Nintendo JP or US haven't created new eevee forms since G/S/C.

    We all know what they are. Eevee/Jolteon from Thunderstone/Flareon from Firestone/Vaporeon from Watersone/Espeon from ev during day/Umbreon ev during nite.

    Possibilities Floureon from Leafstone Grass type/Mooneon from Moonstone/ Suneon from Sunstone.

    Feel free to add what your imagination can come up with. Probably quite a few more if we included trade items.

    Remember it is stated that Eevee has the most mutant gene or atleast that is what I thought I read in the Pokedex or heard from the anime.
     
    yeah it would be cool to have a new evee form. my idea something like a light/dark type(haven't thought of name).
     
    How bout Shadyon/Shadeon? With moonstone or trade eevee with BlackGlasses attached!

    They probaly havent done new ones due that they would have to put all the Eevee family in the game andm thst would take forever

    How would it evolve
     
    Because there is a lack of stats to excel in. Eeveelutions all have a certain way of contributing the base stats. Jolteon excels in speed. Vaporeon excels in hp. Flareon excels in attack. Espeon excels in sp.atk. Umbreon excels in one of the defenses. The last one left is the other defense, which is fairly useless to make because Umbreon's other defense isn't at all that bad already (base 110)

    This game does have balance.

    they could try an eevloution with highest defense and second highest hp
    or something
    cuz the way it is now
    Sp - Jolteon, then Espeon
    SpDef - Umbreon then flareon
    SpAtt - Espeon, then jolteon/vaporeon
    hp - Vaporeon, then a way down is Umbreon at 95....
    def - Umbreon at 110 and then all the others at 60.......


    IMO they can try an eevee evolution with this lay out
    hp-110
    att - 95
    def - 130
    sp - 65
    Spatt - 65
    SpDef - 65

    non of them have that spread
    and the typing can be ghost or steel or something
    or on the special side
    grass or ice [the only other option is dragon but we know that won't work][/COLOR]
     
    also it would be cool to have a flying type.

    Reason why this Pokemon will not work because it will just end up to be a UU, as its stats are completely overshadowed by Steelix and Skarmory already.
     
    Just a comment. On my sapphire im gonna breed and get 5 Eevee's and a Secptile and see how it works out for me.
     
    maybe they'll make more if theres a new set of pokemon.
     
    I would like to see a steel type. Maybe with metal coat or soemthing like it. Like Steeleon. :D
     
    uh, steel would be nice. Or bug/Flying XD Or a Ultimate eevee evo with big stats. All of them :D
     
    well I don't have any ideas for any new eeveelutions
    I think that since they took away the internal clock in FR/LG they
    should make

    Espeon evolve with the Sun Stone because it only evolves during the day
    and
    Umbreon evolve with the Moon Stone as it evolves only at night

    it could also go with their healing moves

    Morning Sun and Moonlight see see...it makes sense right?
     
    Well, they aren't really going to make any more for the simple reason of the defense stat wouldn't be the greatest for a Special Pokemon to excel in. All the Eeveelutions have special types, and a special type with high defense would kinda break the mould completely. So... I don't think there'll be any more Eeveelutions, or at least until they introduce another statistic... which is also very unlikely ^_^
