    What the heck makes Palkia A water Pokemon?
    Pink and dark red.
    Big huge claws.
    The ability to control space.
    HOW DOES THAT MATCH A WATER POKEMON?
    Dialga, with those big metal things all over it's body, matches it's type.
    Palkia is just plain confusing.
    They were probably just too lazy to think of a good type for it, and gave it some random type cause they didn't want to think about it.
    And...13 LEGENDARIES?!
    That's just scary. Yeah, this is just a big rant. but come on. At least there's a reason for it..
    ...And did the producer bump his head? or were the artists just spraying all over MS paint?
    cause those pokemon are just plain scary. Probopass not only LOOKS terrifying, it SOUNDS like a person gurgling cement in their mouth....Thank you for taking the time to look at this ridiculously long complaint. I'm done.
     
    Yes I'l agree that it is a completely random type, and the pokemon designs are losing it little in their old age in my opinion. But why complain? It makes Palkia easier to catch with net balls and also gets rid of that annoying ice weakness which so many common dragons are weak to.
     
    Well, I didn't even catch one.
    I got one from the GTS but traded it back to get my dialga back.

    Do you have Wi-Fi? You could go to the GTS and trade...your dialga, for a palkia.

    No I don't have Wi-Fi but I'm hoping to get it soon becuase I didn't spend hours of learning how to EV train, and then doing it for nothing =P... And what does that bomb thing on the thread mean?

    Wow, I thought the answer to this would be extremely obvious besides ice elimination, but nobody knows it... just... wow...

    Palkia= Space+ PEARL

    PEARL= Clam/Oyster

    Clam/Oyster= Sea

    Sea= Water

    Get the anatomy? I didn't bother the explination after I didn't bother with the IQ test. Obvious to y'all from the start.
     
    Damn, I can't belive I didn't notice that. yes I am stupid. But if that works then what the heck do diamonds have to do with time? Cus the only thing that I can think of is that diamonds take hundereds of years to form, which means lots of time. But I'm sure there's a better reason than that.
     
    I'm pretty sure the diamond doesn't have anything to do with it. It's just a nice name for the game.

    Diamonds are, however, the hardest crystals on earth (or damn near), so the Steel-typing seems fitting.
     
    The bomb means "I'm about to explode". With anger or confusion, I don't really know. O.O

    Uh, I never thought the color of a pokemon really mattered what type it would be.
    Palkia is obviously just like the Ralts trio, it doesn't matter what color they are.
    I know a member who thought Ralts, Kirlia, Gardevoir, and Gallade were grass types because they were green. Are they grass? No. Same thing with Palkia. Just because it's Pink doesn't mean it's a special type for it's color.
     
    ...I Thought Flygon was a "Grass/Dragon" or "Grass/Flying".
    But how much do you people think Palkia is adapted to water life?
    ....NOT AT ALL. No fins, no gills, and it even stands upright.

    I don't know any. Just saying. And I thought Ralts was Grass for a while.

    Pearls are obtained from the sea, particularly in oysters and clams. And I would guess that the big floppy things on its back are the fins. XD
