there is an official pairing up romance thread in the Other Chat section... don't worry they won't bite XD
Just go there and sign up for being paired up. Pairing up is basically just an easy step for new members to befriend another PC member i suppose you can say... i don't know much about pairing up myself (i see it as pointless, but others see it as point-ful). Best thing to do is ask this very same question in the official thread and they'll work out something for you.
