Personally, I think the taskbar's size needs to be increased. Like a double decker bus, but so that it actually looks more natural. Sure, I can increase the size myself in XP...but look at it.

Does it look pretty? No. It's kind of bulky and ugly and awkward.

You mean put in some device that allows for horizontal scrolling between tasks with the click of arrows on the side of the task area? Yep. That's got to come. Someone make a hack.

I think there are quite a few ways the task bar could be improved.
