So yeah. I go to PHP.net. I downloaded stuff. I installed some stuff. I have no idea what I installed or did. So can someone tell me the proper way to do it? Then I go to phpMyAdmin.net. Except I don't have PHP so I don't think it would work. Can anyone help me? I need to test out a few scripts (actually I have to teach myself PHP in depth, but same thing...)

I am assuming you are using Windows so I'll give you this tutorial:
    https://webmonkey.wired.com/webmonkey/00/44/index4a_page7.html?tw=programming
It's from WebMonkey and it tells you how to install PHP 4 not 5 as well as Apache(the server client) and for PHPMyAdmin, I'm not sure. You need to install MySQL to run it. I'm not sure if you can run it on Windows anyhow. I think it's for Unix-based platorm only but I could be wrong.

Thanks :D And yeah, I'm using windows. Windows 2000 to be exact. I forgot about MySQL. X_x See how bad I am at this?

Okay, I went to the site and it didn't work. Well what I mean is a link is broken, on this page, and that is one of the files I needed to install it.
    1. Go to https://www.apache.org/dist/binaries/win32/ and download the latest version of the Windows binary file. This file is pre-compiled and ready to install.
Obviously I cannot do that if the link doesn't work. I tried going into the site, but they had like 5 different formats and I'm not positive which one is which or even if they are the correct file.
Also I wanted to bump this up no one was replying I really need to install php on my pc so I can test my site.
