Well I have gotten a job and have worked their for 3 weeks now so I am getting paid on Fri. and Sat. I plan to buy a DS with Diamond...is diamond really a great game?

Well, in terms of Pokemon, I would say it is the second greatest (next to LG/FR). There are alot of cool new features, but the battle routine is EXTREMELY slow. Not as in "lagging" slow, but it takes about 1 second for the opponents Pokemon to come out of it's pokeball after it hits the ground, which is a while compare to LG/FR. It also wastes alot of time on weather conditions (raining, hailing etc) or if you or your opponents Pokemon has the move Intimidate, where your opponents attack goes down a little bit at the start of the battle. It seems like it takes forever for the little cut-scene type thing to finish lol.

Anyways, I would give Pokemon Diamond/Pearl Versions (I have Pearl) an 8.5/10. It's an alright game, in my opinion. Here is an expert review for you though, in case you don't "trust" my judgment :P.

Just the game (story, elite 4, legies, extras) will occupy most for about 100 hours, after that you're probably hooked up and want to become a breeder, shiny hunter, wifi battler, collector.. so the gameplay is almost endless.

thx for ur guys' opinions and lol motsuko i do believe ur statement lol and i just cant wait till i buy!!!!
