nice, but i think there should be a spacegoat to boost atk wif united we stand..
No elemental recharge??? wtf.. maybe add H, and O, if not H, E, R, O, HERO!!..
I'm not that sure as i never used elemental hereos..

I'm focusing on drawing out the Heroes and Polymerization and/or Miracle Fusion, so I didn't have really any room to put Elemental Recharge in there. Not to mention that HERO would prove to add more cards than appropriate for drawing out (40 cards exactly).

Oh, Ok, but what happened to shining flare wingman? Also, why not take out one blade edge, and wildheart, and one wildedge, and put in two king of swamp for Miracle fusion?.. Note, King of swamp dont work with Future Fusion... But it also works with poly, and you could get out shine phoenix enforcer since it dosent have any hero count increase atk effects, you could sparkman/king of the swamp and rip your way through the battle..

Well, awe be damned, I forgot to add Shining Flame Wingman. I'll fix that ASAP.

As for the King of the Swamp, I would add him, but, like you said, it wouldn't work for Future Fusion. Not to mention I want to see how I would do without 'em, to actually use the Elemental Heroes.

Even if the restriction is "pure Elemental Hero monsters only" we can still do much better in the s/t department...

    -1 Elemental Hero Bladedge
    -1 Elemental Hero Avian
    -1 Elemental Hero Burstinatrix
    -1 Elemental Hero Wildheart

3 high lvl tribute will result in death, so take 1 out. 2 of them got stats that are just unbearably low so we gotta save ourselves from that, and 3 Wildheart is overdoing it since it's only in one fusion (though a darn good one) anyway.

    -1 Skys-crap-er
    -3 Fusion Recovery
    -1 Polymerization
    -1 United We Stand
    +3 E Emergency Call
+2 R Righteous Justice (or 1 R Righteous Justice with 1 Mystical Space Typhoon)
    +1 Heavy Storm
    +1 Confiscation
    +1 Premature Burial
    +2 Smashing Ground

    -1 Royal Decree
    -3 Hero Signal
    +1 Ring of Destruction
    +1 Torrential Tribute
+1 Return from the Different Dimension
    +1 Sakuretsu Armor

I don't know what the heck I'm doing here... if I got too little cards, then just add more monster removal through sakuretsu armor or smashing ground.

    ...Oy.

If you're going to use 3 Bladedges then either bring something in to get it out faster (Necroshade, and Necroid Shaman with it) or...drop one or two entirely.

And Future Fusion doesn't work with E-Heroes too well, especially while limited to one (will get killed fast and leave you without anything)...since you're only going to dump two monsters, and the Shinings can't work with it. The only way I can see it working is if you used it to dump Bladedge only to revive it...but the only revival card in here is CotH, so that wouldn't work well either.

Now, as for the fixes, Frostweaver was on the right track, but messed up a bit. Here's a maybe-better version:

-1 Bladedge (Necroshade ain't worth it here)
    -1 Avian
-1 Burstinatrix (kudos for having the guts to use three of each, but guts doesn't usually win duels)
    -1 Skyscraper (two is enough)
    -3 Fusion Recovery
    -1 Future Fusion
    -1 Royal Decree

+1 Magician of Faith (NON-NEGOTIABLE. It is a near-necessity in any deck, especially one so focused on spells as this is)
    +3 Emergency Call
    +2 Righteous Justice
    +1 Heavy Storm
    +1 Sakuretsu Armor/Smashing Ground
+1 Ring of Destruction (or another Saku/Smashing)

Oh, and as a side note:

...Don't post if you don't know how to play (which you apparently don't).

If Magician of Faith is used, then that would've meant non Elemental Hero Monsters can be used, and the deck will be completely revamped again...

However, I believe that Future Fusion *IS* a necessity for hybrid hero or full hero like this one here. It's not exactly that easy to destroy with only 3 out of 40 cards that is capable of destroying it in a standard deck (the breaker, the storm, and the MST.) Let's assume that it got destroyed anyway. Well, one less bladedge from the deck is a huge step forward for you if you called Wildedge. Getting rid of both Burstinatrix and Avian in the same blow is another huge bonus as your chance of getting super crappy monster decreased again! Bladedge, Burstinatrix and Avian are both much stronger in the graveyard than in your hand, and there's no better way than Future Fusion to dump them all.

Why wouldn't you take out United We Stand anyway? Cyber Dragon will bulldoze over all monster in this deck. You won't get the time or the ability to swarm for anything more than the 800.

I personally think Premature Burial is a necessity, because you definitely want to reuse the fusions if (by miracle, and that's a double pun here) you got them out.

Meh, take out Return from the Different Dimension then cause I guess taking back a bunch of Avians and Burstinatrix won't do you any good... switch that for more smashing ground or sakuretsu armor.

If it were in 3's, maybe. But at only one, it's not worth it compared to some other cards.

We run the one copy of Graceful, which will only be a +0 in this deck because it got no frog and no dark world, hm? Graceful dumps (relatively) useless cards so you can speed up your draw towards the essential ones. In this specific scenario, I see Future Fusion as something of equal power. Taking out Burstinatrix and Avian from the deck immediately means that you will raise your chance to draw better stuff, and at the same time decreasing the chances of an almost dead-draw.

Honestly, it's not like this deck got no room... Heck I was adding random fillers when I edited the deck.

But you're also right. Better to make use of their normal effectless monsters with crappy stats with some new flashy cards from the recent set.

-1 Return from the Different Dimension
    -1 Sakuretsu Armor/Smashing Ground
+2 Justibreak (no idea why I didn't remember this)

I've NEVER used element hereos, only seen em in mags(Yeh, i dont know ANYONE who uses them - apart from the automatic-miracle-duelist Jaden who seems to win just about everytime), and the only one i saw shine phoenix was in beceket mag, where the card had none hero count effect... check their top 10 emelent hero fusion list..

I read the whole thing. Like I said, if you don't know how to use E-Heroes, then don't bother saying anything. And it should be obvious that Hero Flash isn't worth it, even if you DON'T play them.

And ANYTHING that's E-Hero Shining *insert rest of name here* has the power-up effect.

I wouldn't think of Hero Signal to use. It is a bit show for a E Hero deck since it's a trap. D: For a good E hero deck, it's best to focus on 2-4 fusion monsters and not all of them.Wildedge is mostly best to use and Phoenix Enforcer for a start. Decks with multiple fusion goals collide too easily. ^_^; Also I would suggest non E hero monsters, such as Sangan, Magician of Faith and any other common monsters. Just best to keep it at a limited amount.
