I'm playing on an emulator so I have two rescue teams. I'm not too far in the other one so my current team is:

Leader: Smarties (Torchic)
Partner: Shugo (Bulbasaur)

I just got through Mt.Steel and I'm only Silver Rank, so it'll take a while before any strong Pokémon will join me. <.<

My other rescue force consists of

Leader: Smarties the Mudkip
Sidekick: Cha-cha the Charizard

and the third one can be anything from Happyzappy (My Zapdos in case you didn't guess. =P) to Manectric or Latias. Manectric, however, is the one I usually pick for the third Pokémon.
