but its worth it. It has a webBased template and forums with the same skin its awesome I just found this its worth it
the best option for using this(free hosting)
go to https://www.freeserverhost.com and register
then follow the installation and there you go just do what you want after this.
oh you will have to add a skin if you realy want one but I reccomend it theres skins on that site.
