I liked yugioh a while ago, then after a while I fell out of the fad. Now I am back in it. Yesterday I got Winged Kuriboh LV 10. It is cool but really useless unless you have the cards to special summon it.

It's not that useful and easy to summon. It takes timing and stragties to play it.

    BTW: Welcome Back.

I know, and the other cards to play it are hard to get.
To be honest no. Evolution Wings is a rare from the set. And Winged Kuribo is not hat hard to get. People see it as weak so it should be easy.

It isn't Evolution Wings, it is Transendent Wings.
    Evolution Wings:Asian Name
    Transendent Wings: English Name.

The game changes too much of everything ;>__>

WHAT!?? I STILL NEED ONE!!!! *sob*...Oh, well, I'll settle with my Cyber End Dragon for now...

...I wish online trading was allowed on here...then I'd trade you for it...

    welcome back to the game

if you're gonna use LV monsters
I suggest dumping Kuriboh's or "furry friends" as I like to call them

and try and get yourself the powerful beasts

the best ones that I like are

    Silent Magician Lv.4
    Silent Magician LV.8

    Silent Swordsman Lv.4
    Silent Swordsman Lv.8

those are the really good ones, but they're kind of rare as they're game
promos, ok so that makes 'em not so rare but you ahve to be willing to
buy the games to get them.

oh and if you have the spell card "level up" you can go from weakling to
monster in a single turn, the silent magician lv.8 is killer.

Silent Magician is completely useless because chances of surviving that many turns is beyond slim. Even if you play Graceful Charity and Pot of Greed, there is stilll no chance that the opponent is silly enough to play it for your magician. 3500 is easily wiped out by one single DDWL (yes the DDWL will get hurt a lot nevertheless, but a tiny lvl 4 just wiped your deck's best monster)

Silent Swordsman is a lot more playable if you dedicate your deck to it (but won't be tourney worthy, yet it's very fun for casual) But the magicians? "Say no!"

most of the weak cards get overlooked at their power in a strong deck...u need alot of lvl 3+4 mosters to make a good deck....if u load it up will all lvl mosters the rate which u can summon them out drop ALOT! so the key to a strong deck is low lvl mosters lots of traps and kick-butt magic cards, and a few kick-butt high lvl monsters....

    =3

the above post is correct, except for the statement about lots of traps. Most decks run 7 traps most, and only more if it is for a cold wave deck. Most people rely on strong no-tribute monsters, with a usual max of 2 tribute monsters (Magician decks tend to have 3), and load the rest with magic cards.

Yah...depends on the person..some decks are stronger with certain traps with certain mosters...my decks tend to have 1/2-3/4 moster and the rest cut in half between magic and trap...

Man youre so lucky * were do u live i want that kuriboh *

    =3 and to mewtwoisthebest
those cards are great, i love them all, but soem of the new cards are better, @_@
armed dragon should be more reconigized though, cause it is a powerful card

I know a couple of siteswere u can get the kuriboh cards cheap, but this depends on were you live

Sasuke Samurai 3 and the Bistro Butcher can make your opponent draw cards quicker, or Distubrance Stragety can make your opponent re draw cards also. And there is one card that you could use too.

I must disagree with you there about the Slient Swordsman thing. They are good enough for tournaments. You just need stragety and timing. You can summon any level monster, inculding Winged Kuribo Lv. 10 if you deciate your deck to it and have skill.

    Actuaully it's Slient Swordsman Lv.3 ,5 and 7

And only Silent Magician Lv.4 ,8 and Slient Swordsman Lv.7 are promos. The rest are from sets.

Not exactly to be honest. Like I said above, you need skill and timing. But it is true about overdoing it with the Lv monsters.

You do not always need those level monsters to make a good deck. Or did you mean the Lv monsters?

Not only for Cold Wave decks only. Spell Cancler, Slient Swordsman? Having 10 or more traps is not bad at all.I rebember a person in a SJC tournament,(last format) had 12 traps in his deck, and made it to the top 8.

And Magican deck are not the only deck to have a lot of tributes.

Agreed and True Sometimes. The only decks I see that though are Magical Explosion OTK's and Mill.

I agree and, when Lightning Vortex came in, Armed Dragon got kicked the boot =/

I know many webistes where you could get the cards. Search Froggle.
