  • You're free to use the report button to report a post of the person with the violating signature, if they have one. Anyone with signature-editing powers will eventually tend to it themselves.

    But It said,
Note: This is ONLY to be used to report spam, advertising messages, and problematic (harassment, fighting, or rude) posts.

and won't the post will get deleted this way?

  • The post wouldn't get deleted unless the post itself is breaking the rules. Otherwise the sig will just get disabled once the right person sees it. Other people have reported sigs via the report button before, so while that might not be its primary function, it's still fine enough to use it for that.

No, it wont. It just sends a note to the mods and admins. They go and look at the post and they are the ones who decide what to do with the post From what I understand the staffies wont delete a post unless it's extremely offensive. They might lock a thread if it's breaking the rules but the staff people are the ones who take the action. And I doubt that the'd delete a post 'cuz the member is breaking the signature rules. They'll just disable the sig
