Whats with pokecommunity families

How do I sart A Pokecommunity family?

By asking to join another family, or just start your own (Like becoming cousins with your friend), and then add those members to your signature if you chose to. Simple.

What about a pair how do i do that?

Just ask somebody who you're close to (no you don't have to love the person) to pair with you. And then add to your signature if you chose, then of course you can post in the pairing thread in other chat.

If someone is already paired, sorry, but unless s/he breaks with his/her pair...
