3rd Gen How to get downloaded save files to work

    I've tried downloading the .sav files for Pokemon Emerald in one of the threads, but I can't find a way for getting them to work on my emulator

    I'm using a softmodded Xbox with the emulator XBoyAdvance

    I've tried putting the downloaded .sav files into my save directory for Pokemon Emerald, along with changing their names to the name of the rom I'm using

    I just can't figure out a way to get them working. They will not show up in my SaveStates, nor when I start the game as normal saved games

    Any help would be greatly appreciated

    • try naming the sav file the same as your rom file.
    oh, and this should belong in the emulation section, can a mod sort that out please
