3rd Gen Yet another question....

Is there any special way, to glitch the game into giving me a shiny pokemon, more spicifically a shiny Umbreon??? Tha'd be great if there was!!!

Okay, heres another, I know where to go in Emerald to get my pokemon's happiness told to me, in Vandturf or however you spell it, What are her sayings equal to like right now I am at somthing about babying my pokemon, what is that equal to and if you could provide a chart that'd be awsome!!!
