Where Can I catch a Staryu in Saphire the excact location Plsssss

When i look at my pokedex Staryu appears in Lilycove But I dont know where is the spot PLss help...

I have a FireRed Version But i want to catch it in Saphire Just for satisfaction you know......... = D

Just fish using super rod off of the coast of Lilycove, Staryu should pop up pretty easily

You can't catch it in Firered anyway xD
