Pokémon colosseum & xd legitimacy

Hello, I am trying to trade some of my hacked pokemon from the gba games to colo+xd but on the trade screen the hacked pokemon is highlighted in red and an error comes up when i try to trade it saying "illegal pokemon may not be traded"

Does anyone know how to get around this?
