Well...I intend on using this thread to host my Poetry; and so...since it wont be gone now...I would welcome all sorts of people to come and comment...even Critics.

    My Shadow..

I feel the urge to turn back towards the light I must follow...

Could this be Death...no it cannot be, after all...there stands before me...my Shadow...

I look at my front, and look at my back,
I begin to wonder if it would be possible to go back,
    The lust for light,
    the fear of fright,
    the darkness to come,
    if I move hence...would I return,
    to advance into sorrow,
    without a thought of tomorrow,
to live, I would need a soul to borrow,
but if I be gone...why do I keep my shadow?

(Every time I get online, I'll add a new poem
that as usual, would come to me just then)

This is pretty good i am impressed how you wrote this poem. Nice job!!!!!

Thank you...but...to be honest; I just typed it on the spot...like this one.

    Her...
Well, there's not much to say,
    about my life; today,
but yet, I've seen something new,
those eyes; azure, something that I've seen in few,
the eyes of care, kindness and love,
the eyes of her that stood above,
Happiness, that's all this has brought,
and so, from this day forth,
    I'll cast aside the thought,
    that says...

this girl isn't the one for me...
