Was there a pokedex toy released for the njohto region i know they have one for kanto,johto,and hoenn but did they make one for johto?

I'm not sure if they had a Johto one but I remember they made 2 handbooks for it, the first one was a bit useless since it only had half the Johto Pokemon.
