You can't. They don't allow embedding flash here.
You wouldn't be able to upload it here to this site. You'd have to host it on your own web page and link to it...which I'm not 100% sure that is allowed. It probably isn't...I don't know of any forums specifically for that sort of thing.

You cant. The most "flash" things get around here are youtube files which are added with *youtubeID*
Pretty sure thats what its like.
