When I get APE downloaded,how do I use it?(it's that program that lets you create your own animals)

First off, I recommed downloading APE 2.5 (http://zoo.ogresnet.com/downloads/db/?mod=349), APE Enhancement (http://zoo.ogresnet.com/downloads/db/?mod=2081), APE Enhancer (http://zoo.ogresnet.com/downloads/db/?mod=1300), and A.P.E 2.5 Dino Digs and Marine Mania Edition (http://zoo.ogresnet.com/downloads/db/?mod=350). NOTE: I'm not entirely sure if APE 2.5 Dino Digs and Marine Mania Edition is something different than APE Enhancement.
I have a link to a Q&A guide, but unfortunatley it goes to another forum so I don't know if I can provide it. Although you can find a link to that thread within the APE Enhancement page.
An article on the APE programs was available at one point, but the article database at Zoo Admin is down at them moment.
