    The staff basically stalks your posts to see if you're a good member who helps others a lot, follows the rules, and reports threads/posts when necessary. they also liek 2 c betur gramArz!!!11!!1oneone

    Watch, I'll most likely be beaten or someone else will explain it better than me. :P

    Pretty much exactly what the Frequently Asked Questions says. If you're active in an area, and make helpful and relevant posts, you may eventually be asked to become a moderator if one is needed.
