    I suppose this question could have been in general help... But yeah if you have noticed there are game makers in the game dev description ironically ones that people use which has a mapping tool :P Rpg maker 2003 being free I think but limited in features and Rpg Maker Xp being I think $30-60.
     
    Jesus dude, you don't have to re-post your thread because you think it was unjustly closed (which is wasn't), just PM one of the section's moderators. And I'm sure you're computer has some sort of basic art program with which you can make maps.
