    hey im new here, and ive got a thread up under Advance Gen Games lookin for F/R team help.

    if you've got the time, could you help a fellow trainer out? lol :)
     
    I can tell you right now, you uhh... probably posted your thread in the wrong place. The best place for you to discuss teams is the In-Game Team Help, located at the Competitive Battling Center. Over there, you can discuss which Pokemon is best for your team, and gather advice from other members to build a strong party. Hope this helps.
