I don't know, when I first read your username, first thing that came into my mind was lightning bolt. lmao, that's just me though, I'm a pretty weird person. hah~
I've also been playing Pokemon ever since I was a kid, I'm not literally sure what age I started Pokemon but one things for sure, I became obsessed when the second installments were released, specifically G/S/C. At that time, I also started watching Pokemon and have been into it since then as well, alhough I haven't been really updated with the whole B/W series, I'm pretty busy now. :3
Don't worry about your English, I could understand you and that's what's important. I'm sure you'd be able to improve while participating on discussions and such. English isn't my first language as well, wasn't really a very good speaker at first, but as I keep on interacting with people online, you won't even notice that your improving your English! :P
I'm also a huge fan of anime, I have seen Naruto. I have stopped watching it though as I got bored of it, sorry! But there are a lot of members here that love Naruto as well, I guarantee you that you'd be able to meet some and possibly make friends with them! PC has it's very own Japanese section - the Japanese Entertainment, so just head over there if you ever want to discuss about anime and everything that's related to Japan.
You could also start a fan club for Naruto if you want, the Other Clubs would cover that! Anyway, just take your time to explore the forum. You would get used to everything here pretty fast. Think of yourself as a Pokemon trainer that's just getting started of his journey! ^^;;
