where do you find the dragon scale and are there any other item-enduced trade evolution pokemon beside seadra and clamperl?

it's a seadra only item... Clamperl relies on the deepsea items...

i know that they can be found by stealing off from horseas. I don't know if there's one where you can simply pick it up from the floor.

where do you find the poison barb?

it's once again a theif only item... it's on Roselia and Cacnea.

Next time post "where is such and such items" in the simple question sticky... and also, keep in mind that 1.1 boosters are useless for a vast majority of the time.

What does the poison barb do?

poison barb is a useless item that gives poison attacks a bonus of 1.1 times as much damage... it's very useless so don't use it (only for collection value)
