Hello fellow Pokemon fans!

I'm new to these forums so I decided to go ahead and introduce myself. I'm 29 years old and have been a gamer since I received a NES for Christmas when I was 6, and my enjoyment in the hobby has only grown over the years.

My Pokemon journey started with Silver version after I got my first Gameboy, a Gameboy Color, and I have played every generation since along with a few of the spin offs. I have a soft spot for Meganium as my favorite Pokemon too this day, as Chikorita was my starter in Silver way back in the day. My other favorites include, in no particular order: Lapras, Moltres, Vaporeon, Ampharos, Gardevoir, Altaria, Shaymin, Serperior, Zebstrika, Swanna, and Deerling/Sawsbuck.

I look forward to meeting other Pokemon fans here and having lots of fun training, trading, and battling with all of you!

I myself started with Crystal version. Except I received my first Gameboy Color..... about 5-6 years after it was release :/ I was so jealous of the kids who had Gameboy Advances.

My favorite Pokemon happen to be Charizard and Espeon.

Which spin-off games have you played? I particularly enjoyed the Mystery Dungeon ones. They had deep storylines and made me emotional.

You can stop by the Battle Center if you want to battle or have any questions for building a team. You can also stop by the Trade Corner for all of your trading and breeding needs. I myself frequent the Trade Corner, so don't hesitate to drop or any of the mods there if you have any questions.

Anyhow, I hope you enjoy yourself here :D

Mystery Dungeon, which I also really enjoyed, and also Stadium, Coliseum, and Pokemon XD. That's pretty much all I can recall off the top of my head. As for teams, I'm kinda starting over from scratch, so I'll be sure to ask for some advice after doing my own homework. I'm looking at building a NU tier team, should be fun. :)
