im playin emerald.i got deoxys on ruby when i try to trade it to emerald or leaf green it says that i cant trade it.why

I plan to trade my Jirachi over from ruby version to emerald very soon.

you have to have the national dex. Did you use a code to catch Deoxys in the wild or did you get it from Birth Island. If you used a code to put it in the wild it won't have the obedience coding which is what it needs for it to be able to be traded to/from FR/LG/E/C

if you caught it in fr/lg with the ticket you have to have the national dex on emerald to trade it there
