Regigigas: yes
Lapras and Glaceon: No, but Glaceon has no EVs put into it yet.

Lapas: 100 (I recieved it as such)
Glaceon: 52 (Rare Candies and Daycare helped it alot :D)

I have 2 Version of it, Physical ANd Speical (It didn;t have all it's EVs, so I cloned it and used Proteinaon one and Calcium on another)

Remember, Lapras's Base Attack and Special Attack are EQUAL. Most people think it has higher Special Attack O.o;
