I can't speak for exhaustion, but as for depression, you gotta just take it easy. I personally just gravitated to the computer though, and avoided people irl because it was easier to talk to people here or on MSN or something, but if you're the opposite, talk to people irl or play some games. Anything to boost your mood. If you think playing a game won't make you happy, try it anyway. I went on a pretty long streak of White and Tales of the Abyss. Kept me distracted and entertained.
But yeah, main thing is to do things that would make you feel better, or at least try, cause you never know what will make you feel better. This is just how my experiences were sorta. But I won't lie and I'll say it got increasingly harder and I started to shut out more people. Don't let that happen either.
And like everyone else has said, don't feel like you absolutely have to be here. We want you to be here of course, but if you have no interest in it right now, it's fine. If it doesn't help your mood at all, try different things and see how that helps you.
