Picking only from the games that are confirmed to exist, the absolute must-have titles will be Monster Hunter 4, New Super Mario Bros. 2 and Phoenix Wright vs Professor Layton.
MH ranks as my favourite series of all time right next to Pokemon, Golden Sun and Phoenix Wright, so it's pretty much a no-brainier for me. Note however that CPP will almost certainly be a mandatory buy, as the game has rather complex controls and the gameplay itself is very demanding (read: you WILL get killed a lot). As for you Gonzo... hm, I would try out some of the earlier instalments to see if the game fits your tastes. Or even better, wait for me to get MH4 and I'll show you the basics. :) It's certainly not the game for everyone (the series lacks universal appeal like, say, Mario), but if you ever liked difficult games I'd strongly recommend keeping an eye on it. The game will be released somewhere in 2013 IIRC.
NSMB 2... do I really need to explain? We all played the original, we all loved the single player and we all lost hours on playing the minigames together. All will be well.
PW vs PL - well, you tried out both of the series so you should know what to expect (this time with even more cutscene goodness and much better graphics~). I personally love both series to death (PW more so than PL, but still), as does Golem, but I don't really know your opinion of those two (although I know that the first impressions were really good). Did you even finish playing Curious Village and Apollo?
