I've been ran over.

What in the world happened? What caused all of this insanity to barrage me and knock me into the floor? Where did it come from? I didn't see anything of it ever before. Right now I'm unable to feel anything – I'm numb, after going into shock and convulsing on the floor and having my heart ripped to shreds mere hours later without any regard for me, and the things around me are so massively distorted and wrong and I know it; my reality is broken, and I want to know what happened. I must be asleep, or in a coma… yet when I blink my eyes and kick my feet nothing happens. My memory is null before the incident, and I can't walk straight, and I can't think right, and I'm so cold and so hot, and I'm falling apart.

As if by magic, a train clear out of the sky comes and hits me, leaving me beaten, and broken beyond repair, and unable to feel, think, or do… what's happening? What happened? It was just atomoxetine that I'm coming off of. No big deal, right? It's just for ADHD, right? I was only on it for 10 years without break, right? And now I've been pushed to break, right? Where did this come from? What did I do?
