    • Writing this cause I'm procrastinating on something due tomorrow haha. (Last few assignments on my hiatus at PC)

    After such a long wait, finally going to California, America in 10 DAYS! Vidcon in 14 days and Anime Expo in 15! Heard Netto's going to AX but idk who else (Since my other internet pals all decided to live on the east coast xD). Meanwhile, parents think I'll get mugged or something going to AX cause LA is massive sized compared to New Zealand and I apparently give off the vibe and looks of a 14 year old.

    Random question, how much does a cheap baseball bat cost in LA? I want to cosplay as a scout from TF2 (as well as a Team Rocket grunt) but I don't think I can bring one all the way from NZ - had to keep cosplays as simple as I could cause I don't think I can bring much over the ocean.

    Also been given a huge list of American foods I need to apparently try out from many people starting off with Arizona Green Tea, Taco Bell and Twinkies lol

    Agreed. I wanted Carl's Jr. every day there and Tom is OBSESSED with In-N-Out.

    You can get a wood or metal bat for 20 bucks at Sports Authority, and if you get it shipped online to you probably slightly cheaper. Buuuut the Anime Expo weapons policy is no bats allowed so you'd have to sneak it in somehow >_o

    Rather than sneaking one in, he could just build one out of styrofoam and color it a gray metallic color to replicate the Scout's default bat. Wooden brown for the Sandman. And please take pics. XD

    Also, if you happen to see one, I recommend going to a Whataburger restaurant (for those of you who watch King of the Hill, yes, it's a real place). It's my favorite burger joint as of yet, and it's totally worth it.
