Well, it's been a bit into the new season, and I think I have my watch list down. So without delay, here it is.
Sora no Woto
lol I've heard so many K-On goes to war things about this XD So far it seems along the "incompetent girl joins military squad, gets to know them" line right now. I've heard lots of rage about it being K-onified, so I assume it's not bad despite the design. (personally I see it a bit as reverse-bear joins the military, but meh)
Bear:
Ladies vs. Butlers
Not really much to say here, drill-tails looks pretty bad, and I think the main thing keeping me attached to this series is the evil childhood friend role XD
Baka to Test to Shoukanju
I'm not quite sure how to explain this. People go to battle with avatars with power based off of their grades. Very fun, very awesome, very (overly)dramatic, very awesome trap. Now go watch it.
Dance in the Vampire Bund
Another loli vampire series? Sure, why not.
Durarara!!
Ever seen Baccano? ........guess not. Well, it's made by the same guys and it follows a pretty similar outline too. Lots of characters, so it focuses a lot on development rather than throwing them all away. Scenes are viewed from more than one character's perspective and it's overall pretty fun. and Zet's not allowed to throw vending machines at people.

Seikon no Qwaser: If you get the chance, you should take a look at this. It's pretty weirdand amazingly censored, pick up the webcast version too and you'll know what I mean.
Omamori Himari: Generic dating sim anime? Seems something like it, though i haven't seen enough to actually confirm it (missed first 2 eps).
Chu-Bra: Fanservice anime, Well, you can tell anyways from the title.
