  • February is always a bad month for me. March isn't looking good for me, either. Stress catches up with me and tears me apart. I haven't been able to produce an essay lately, and half my ideas I've been coming up with for my future novel franchise haven't been working for me lately. And don't even get me started on chemistry Class. =\ That class is torment. Well, math is more torment than chem, but seriously. I always remind myself that if I don't understand math, I don't understand math. Not even explaining it to me in forty five different ways helps.

Naturally, stress doesn't come free and without its problems. I've had the same headache for over nine days now. This stress is tearing me apart, but the headache is starting to get better? I don't know. Stressing about that will only make me worse, and arguably, I need to think of a different approach: think of all my work in a different light. Because if I don't, something bad is going to happen.

I'm pretty sure that after I'm done with high school, stress won't be any simpler. Job stress, I hear is very hectic.

If you are bringing the stress upon yourself you can also take the stress off from yourself. If your novel ideas aren't working out right now take a break from it and focus on the other things that you're dealing with. Step back from all the things you're working on and reapproach them with a different attitude. Even if you have to lie to yourself find the positive. Thinking in a lighter more positive way will be beneficial to your mind and your work
