Time to start breaking out the sleep aids again...

    Lately these past couple of weeks or so, I've been staying up way too late, not actually getting to sleep until around 1-2 AM. & because I'm a heavy sleeper, this likely results in me not getting up until 11, or even noon.

    I have quite a supply of Zzz-quil on me for the purpose of trying to get myself to sleep in these times when I just cannot fall asleep no matter how hard I try. It looks like I might have to start using them again...

    But on the brighter side, I've managed to catch myself a Rotom at long last. I'd thought that I'd never be able to find one of those!

    Try only using the sleeping pills for a few days, I'm like you, I can stay up until the very early morning and then won't wake up until late afternoon. Then i'm stuck in that cycle, but one day I decided to go to bed at 11pm and have stuck to that pretty consistently, so I feel the need to snooze like a baby at that time. You just need a little push to break that cycle for yourself :)

    What keeps you up, bad thoughts?

    The real thing that keeps me up at night is that I've got nothing to look forward to in the morning, outside of more anguish from my father...
