I am sorry that I cannot draw. I am sorry that I cannot express a thousand words through a pallette upon paper, nor through the lines upon my arm and the bags below my eyes. Through and through my being has been picked apart, by the wolves that are words from those who strike their judgement across my bare being.
But, it is not those who judge me who are at fault within this mind any longer. It is my mind in which longs to be at fault. Those with positive minds wish to see others prevail almost as much as they wish for themselves to do so. And it has been my lack of self efficacy that has crippled my words, my portrayal, my self.
Who is to say that once a man 'becomes' a man that they are no longer a boy? A boy I was. A man I wish to be. Limbo lies to my left, and that is the direction my compass points. It is time to turn around, and face a new future. An attitude of adept arrogance can deplete within the waters of desired prosperity. I'll take a little longer as I blink this time, draw a deeper breath, and perhaps see the world in a better light. Yes, I will make those actions habit. New beginnings, old despair, dead attitudes.
Time to learn to draw, and show the world who I should be, without a thousand words.
