I think I'm growing out of it.

I think I'm growing out of being called Pala. I'm only really attached to the nickname because it has sentimental value to me. I've been going by Palamon on the internet for nine years. I still do identify with it, yes, but most of me is growing out of using that as my "name".

I'll probably only use it as an IGN in video games now.

I don't mind if people still call me Pala. I'm sure people are used to it. I still kind prefer people call me by that if we aren't friends, rather than my username, since calling me Euphonium is straight up weird. Face it. ...But I'm more keen on people calling me Kory now.

Eventually, I plan to go by it irl over my birth name. Once I get a job, I'll put it as my preferred name on applications.
