    Busy, Busy, Busy

I'm going to start off by apologising for missing yesterday's post, which was going to be the implementation of another new section. Life has to take precedence though and I just have a lot to do right now. So for now I'll just share a bit about what I have been up to.

The vast majority of my time is currently being spent at the studio. I have a lot of dance lessons to teach at the moment since the first big comp of the year is coming up for our recreational level competitors, I have my own lessons and training to do, I have theory work to do since I have a coaching exam this year and on top of that my boss is going to England for a while so I'm being trained up to run the social I work on Fridays in his absence. My first comp of the year is also looming up on me.

Somewhat related to dance I also have a lot of social commitments coming up in a clump right now. Tomorrow (which is actually today) I have to attend (and for some reason DJ haha!) my friend's son's disco birthday party and then shortly afterwards I'm attending a fundraiser for the cancer council. Sunday is one of my best friends' birthdays so it's dinner at her place. Not to mention also have a lot of other people I'm meant to be seeing in the near future.

I'm also involved with a newly-formed charity organisation - we are currently in the process of getting officially licensed and incorporated etc. I've been actively involved in coming up with ideas and finding documents and things but more importantly (for me) I have also started working on my second annual variety show. I have a lot to get done for that, especially because I'm planning on choreographing a big, theatrical group number.

I'm not being stingy on trying to make money for myself and my family either. The same close friend I mentioned before and I are also getting into the final stages of producing and implementing a social dance programme for schools. I'm really excited about this because it will mean some decent and hopefully regular income if it all goes to plan that will make life much easier. I've also been helping my sister out with getting her deviantart gallery set up.

This is all on top of all the usual stuff, like university and practicing for my next attempt at passing my PDA. So yeah, things are very busy for me at the moment but it also is finally starting to feel like things are really coming together for me. I'm going to get my licence sorted soon, I should have some steady income sorted by term 3 this year when we are hoping to implement our programme for the first time and my relationship is going strong. Life is hectic, but it's also going pretty well and I'm looking forward to the future which is a nice change.
