Bam! That's kickin' it up a notch!

Ok creativity used up for the title, I haven't blogged in a while so I figure now's as good a time as any. I spent the morning buying the new Snow Leopard OS, installing it, and getting re-situated. TO be honest I can't remember the last time I started fresh installing an OS and was done within 3 hours, I managed to finish in only 2 and a half this time around. Plus, on top of that I managed to install Snow Leopard not once, but twice! I keep a back up hard drive just in case I have to send my computer in for service and I'd rather send back the 200GB Stock drive than risk someone stealing my 500GB aftermarket drive.

I'm still getting used to some of the new features, especially accessing Exposé from the dock, which doesn't look too out of place on either the 3d or 2d docks. I much prefer the 2d dock so that was one of the first customisations I did when I could. I then applied the rest of the customisations I could, which consisted of just the wallpapers and icons. I haven't seen any easy way to change the scrollbars or any buttons yet. I'm guessing that I'll have to wait at least a month before I can really customise this OS.

Well that's what's up with me. Apparently I've gotten hooked on the song by the Black Eyed Peas - I've got a Feeling. I heard it on the way home in the car and got some funny looks as I was dancing in my drivers seat. XD
