    AND I'M BACK HOME.

I'm not sure how many noticed, but I went to Minnesota from Christmas Eve to New Year's Eve. It was a whim decision by my Mother, but there wasn't much me or my siblings could really do about it. It's not like we could have really argued about it, because the basis of the trip was to visit my Dad, who was in the MAYO Clinic. So once the tickets were bought, we gave in, and decided that it would be nice to see him again, and see how he was faring after his liver transplant. I haven't really spoken about this much at all (in fact until now I think only two or three people knew) but the last few years it's been tough for my family, as my Dad had liver disease, and eventually needed a new Liver (which he got one-two months ago). He's out of MAYO now, and he's recovering, so hopefully he'll be back in good shape again!

SO YEAH. My family spend the week in Minnesota, spending most of it in Rochester. Most of the time was spent around my Dad, hanging around in the hospital for several hours until he looked like he was about to fall asleep. The first day we went he was almost dead to the world, but by Friday (the last day we visited) he was much better, which makes us all happy. Friday after we left was the day he was able to get out of the hospital, so it was all good!

But enough of a sob (Happy? Can there be a happy sob story?) story. The reason why I'm posting this blog is because of the highlight of the trip (ASIDE from visit my Dad. Nothing can top seeing him again and watching him get better over the days we went), which was seeing this amazing woman at the Mall of America! :'D Have a picture!
    Spoiler:

It's me on the right, and Anna on the left. <3 The drawing she's holding is something I drew for her. We had tons of fun, making fun of clothing, standing in random places, looking at things, and before we parted, had a few Cheese Curds. :3

The trip has it ups and downs (my mom lost her wallet, so that put us in an interesting position for the rest of the trip) but overall it was fun! It barely snowed in Minnesota, but I was able to see it fall Thursday morning, so that was great. <3 Seeing snow would have to have been the second highlight of the trip, since I live in Florida and all.
